Coaching to Improve Performance

You may have a manager, member of staff, a division or department who are underperforming. Offering a course of coaching will uncover the cause(s) of the problem and clearly show the individual what they are. The coaching will develop working strategies with the individual which will solve the issues.

Employment law makes terminating an employment contract a difficult and lengthy process. External coaching will turn performance around or show an underperformer that their current job role does not suit. Coaching helps guide individuals towards what they are suited to and motivates them to initiate change. Survey results show that underperforming employees are more receptive and open to 'external coaching' than when it is done 'in-house'.
