Tina Southgate is the lead coach for Smart Step Coaching.

Tina has many years experience in creating, managing and motivating teams. Tina has brought clarity into businesses, helping organisations to clearly understand their vision and objectives. In her management roles she has enjoyed building powerful teams, creating an environment which forges creativity and empowers each and every individual to perform to their best.

As a professional and trained coach, Tina now coaches entrepreneurs and executives within small to medium sized businesses to support them in clearly defining their business and communications strategy to improve business performance. Tina also specialises in relationship coaching, both within and outside the corporate world. Tina re-connects individuals with their key motivators energising them to their best performance in both their business and personal lives.

Business Experience

Tina’s results orientated approach is evident in her background as a highly successful Marketing Manager working with companies whose turnover more than doubled during tenure. Having worked across a broad range of strategic marketing, Tina has specialised in creating and delivering cohesive corporate communications strategies both externally and internally.

Thoroughly used to and comfortable working to targets, Tina is driven to achieve results, but believes passionately in the necessity of connecting with people’s motivations in order to all be working towards the same goal.

Qualifications

Tina is currently working towards both CPCC and ACC Accreditation, via the International Coach Federation, following completion of accredited training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
