You may want to offer valued staff or management a programme of coaching in recognition that they are a valuable resource to your organisation.  High performers are typically dynamic people, so can become uninterested if they are not given adequate development opportunities. They are always looking for new challenges.

A course of coaching will help them explore their further potential and can help them to direct it back into your organisation rather than taking it elsewhere. You can allow them to choose the topics of coaching. If they choose ‘life’ topics over work this will only serve to motivate and energise them further, thus improving their performance at work.
