What is coaching?
Coaching is a one-to-one relationship between an individual seeking change and a trained expert who will guide them towards making that change. The individual may wish to improve performance, confidence or fulfilment. The coach will provide insights, utilise tools and techniques, guiding, encouraging and motivating the individual to be closer to the person they most want to be. The relationship lasts for an agreed period of time. It will have a contract, agreed goals, objectives and measureable outcomes.
For businesses and individuals alike coaching is an effective tool to create change, improve performance and produce sustainable results. For a better understanding have a look at Client Feedback.

How is coaching different from counselling?
Coaching is completely focussed on the ‘now’ and the future. Therapy or counselling uses a model which delves into the past. Coaching uses tools which help to take an individual further by creating the future they want.
